A renowned vegan chef, Amy is co-author, along with Lisa McComsey, of Seagan Eating (Penguin Random House) the ultimate seafood + vegan resource and cookbook. as well as The Vegan Cheat Sheet (Perigee Books | Penguin USA), a take-everywhere guide to plant-based eating. She graduated with honors from Cornell University and owns and operates Vegan Eats LLC (, a manufacturer of vegan oil-free soups, entrees, sauces, cakes and salad dressings.

When not creating new recipes, Amy is passionate about family, skiing, running and friends.
